| MicroTopographer is compatible with Gwyddion, Matlab ™ and other specific software in the market. With MicroTopographer, 3D surface structures can be observed from different points of view, allowing the navigation on the surface, rotation, expansion/reduction and many other features. MicroTopographer displays in real-time the scan position, allowing to define area of interest manually or automatically by its auto-focus algorithm. During data acquisition, MicroTopographer presents the 2D profiles collected and at end of the acquisition shows the 3D surface with XYZ axes with a color sacle representative of the measure in combination with effects of light, creating a perfect virtual reality environment. |
